JLARC reports are published pursuant to §§ 30-58.1(E), 30-58.2, 30-58.3, 30-70,30-81,and 2.2-2503(F) of the Code of Virginia and are copyright protected by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Users may copy, quote, reprint, redistribute, and reference text, images, graphics, and any other material therein if properly attributed to the Commission. Attribution should be in the form: Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission, Report Title, Publication Date, p. page(s). Printing, copying, or redistributing JLARC reports, whether in print or electronic form, for commercial purposes is not permitted.
